Knowledge is learning something every day.  Wisdom is letting go of something every day … Zen saying
This information-packed, well-paced hypnotism training is facilitated under the aware guidance of Lois Prinz, Certified Hypnotherapist and approved Instructor of Hypnotism with the National Guild of Hypnotists.  All courses run from 8:30am to 6:30 pm.

DAY TWO:
Classical Hypnotism is introduced from early history to modern-day.  Understanding HOW the mind works with models helps explain functions of the three levels of consciousness as Lois explains Conscious, Subconscious and Divine Consciousness through her own model of the mind.  The concept of thought as a model to change is also introduced, along with mind mechanics, creating instant rapport skills, eye roll test, the importance of brainwaves in hypnosis, how to set goals and personal and professional development and group hypnosis.

DAY THREE:   Art of Trance  Multi induction processes fill out the day as we begin to acquaint self with conversational strategies and methodology to trance, so be prepared to go in and out of trance all day long.  That’s right.  Imagine that.  Nothing but inductions to the state of hypnosis, all day long.  We’ll cover the basics with utilization techniques, pacing and leading, grounding cords, countdown, body scan and many more techniques to trance induction and guided imagery.  Students say this is their favorite day of the training!  We’ll learn to model Emmett Miller, MD before we leave in silence.

DAY FOUR:   Trance State Management is the main topic beginning with pre talk and tasking the client, to creating and testing for trance depth, deepening the trance and convincing client subconscious by anchoring and cueing with post hypnotics. Ideomotor communication methods, convincers, de-hypnotization, emerging, disengaging and ratification of trance presented.  Group hypnosis.

DAY FIVE:    Suggestion Management is examined more closely in this day of definition and understanding suggestion, susceptibility, suggestibility, and gullibility.  Suggestibility exercises to determine client’s preferred style of induction utilizing direct and indirect language patterns are taught and practiced in small groups.  Learning how to create the perfect suggestion, anchoring and cueing with post hypnotics helps any hypnotist student become a master!  Understand the impact of Imprinting on the mind and how to change old messages. Group hypnosis.

~~DAY OF REST~~

DAY SIX:   Script writing is  ABC-1,2,3  for the new (or established) hypnotist.  This powerful day will help make you one of the best creators of hypnotic languaging or patter, spontaneously!  Basic/Advanced suggestion utilizing Ericksonian languaging. Lois will share with you her proven secret (until now) techniques that will make your hypnosis session have more impact for your client’s change.  Using by-pass words and precise languaging helps you become expert in hypnotic phrasing and conversation.  Affirmations are modeled for you as well as a lively experience with vocal power and patter delivery. Recording, if time.  Group hypnosis.

DAYS SEVEN AND EIGHT:  Clinical Application of the Hypnotic Process A more practical approach to hypnotism; as applied to smoking, weight loss and stress management. From theory to protocol, these two days help you apply suggestion to the issues that show up most in your clients: smoking, weight loss and stress management.  Lois has personally taken the time to create a step-by-step outline to work with these specific issues.  Practice time and recording time will be allotted both days, to fully master the information presented.  Group hypnosis.

DAY NINE:   Puzzle pieces begin to fit together as we cover how to teach a self hypnosis class of your own,  as well as a hypnotic cascade of events.
