Admission Policy

Students must be of sound moral and ethical character with a strong desire to assist others through transition and change. You don’t have to have a college degree as a high school diploma or GED is required for attendance to the National Hypnotherapy Training Center.  However, a college degree or post-degree is beneficial as the educational level of this course requires competence with test-taking on a written and practical level.

It is the intent of the National Hypnotherapy Training Center, a post-secondary school of education licensed by the New Mexico Commission on Higher Education, to elicit the highest level of qualities in our graduates in order for them to become clear, heart-centering facilitators of the hypnotic process.  Based on the experiential nature of this work, much of the overall evaluation is a blend of subjective and objective criteria combined to meet the best interests of students and overall qualifications set forth by NHTC.

Please note: enrollment and participation in this training, as in any educational program, cannot guarantee certification to each individual.

An interview with the principal instructor, either by phone or in person is required before admission into class. No person shall be discriminated against because of race, gender or ethnicity.
